The Backstory
It started roughly fifteen years ago at Microsoft — a scrappy crew who called themselves the Bunch of Funny Guys. Happy hours, morale events, and the kind of camaraderie that outlasts any org chart. The name stuck. The friendships stuck harder.
Now that crew has evolved into something new. BOF.team carries forward the same spirit — diverse backgrounds, sharp minds, zero pretense — and channels it into collaborative projects at the frontier of AI-native work.
